All Cannabis sativa L. products on our website contain less than 0.3% THC.
We operate in accordance with the 2018 Farm and Hemp Bill which removed hemp (defined as cannabis and cannabis derivatives with no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis) from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). From the FDA website: “Hemp seeds do not naturally contain cannabidiol (CBD) or THC.”
