We pollinated our D.J. Shorts Pre-99′ Sativa Blueberry female to our Cookies & Cream (Keebler) male. She is a heavy producer and finishes in 56-60 days.
Bonamassa Blues is a cross using the legendary DJ Shorts Blueberry sativa mother and our favorite Keebler Cookies male. This is the old school Blueberry that all others are judged by! Nothing compares to the fresh sweet blueberry smell that DJ Short managed to bring out and the sativa cut was exceptional. However, we wanted to make some seeds that could provide a variety of phenotypes that could lean more indica or sativa depending on what was desired. This strain did the trick, keeping the sweet blueberry terpenes in some phenos, and some skunkier cookie leaning ones that pack the resin on tight buds. The stretch varied on phenotypes with some short ones that had almost no stretch to the taller moderate stretchers, but all finished around 8-9 weeks.
