Description
Capsicum annuum ‘Pimiento’/ ‘Pimento’
Small, round, red pepper with a sweet flavor and very mild heat. They’re also known as cherry peppers because of their red color and round shape. They register between 100 and 500 Scoville, so they are often stuffed and served as an appetizer. These are more aromatic than their cousin, the bell pepper. Pimiento peppers act as annuals in northern zones, but are a perennial plant in tropical, frost-free zones. Full sun.
